£24174 to £28756 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the position of Divisional Administrator and PA to Director based in the Student and Campus Life Division, providing executive support to the Director and Senior Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives on providing professional executive support in a busy working environment.

The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter, who is able to manage their own workload and assist with the day-to-day running of a diverse division. They will demonstrate high levels of professionalism, communication skills, and strong attention to detail as well as being comfortable working with both internal and external colleagues at all levels. 

The role holder is one of the key contact points for the department and the role is essential to the integral working of our large and complex division. Providing proactive diary management and administration for the Director, this role ensures enquiries and requests are managed and progressed efficiently. 

This post is offered on a part-time (21.75 hours per week) permanent contract. The candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday in order to provide cover for the Director.
