- £53348 to £63668 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
An exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager has arisen within the University of Nottingham's Planning, Performance and Strategic Change directorate. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager to help deliver our strategic portfolio of change. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated programme(s), focused on embedding outcomes and benefits, while managing delivery against the agreed cost, benefit, time and scope parameters. They will ensure appropriate plans, risk and issue management, resources, and governance are put in place and report on progress via appropriate channels.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can use their experience and skills to find the best solutions for our diverse and complex portfolio of programmes, operating at all levels of the University and engaging with significant and diverse stakeholder groups. You will have a successful track record of managing complex programmes that demand integrated changes to operating models, organisational structures, processes and technologies. In addition, substantial management experience in a large and complex organisation. supplier management experience would be beneficial.
This role is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
