This is a key leadership role supporting the Director of HR. The role holder is the “go to” member of the senior HR team for UEB members in the absence of the Director of HR. In the immediate term, they are responsible for overseeing the implementation of the HR transformation project. They will also have responsibility for EDI, Wellbeing, Policy and Special Projects, in addition to keeping a watching brief to ensure that the wider HR team operates as an integrated whole, not in a series of silos.
