Based within one of our faculties, you will have the opportunity to make our aspiration real and meaningful by delivering a high quality, responsive student focused service and support for our academic colleagues.
The Faculty Liaison teams will provide a consistent and responsive service to Schools and academic units across the University.
There are five teams, each based within a Faculty to work closely with administrative and academic colleagues, providing an agile service tailored to the different nuances of the customers they support, ensuring the Faculty and School’s academic provision is delivered to the highest possible standards for our students.
Each team will need to be aware of the University’s services, management structures, policies, processes and systems within their Faculty and help to establish practices that enhance service delivery, offering a solutions focused approach for dealing with issues and complexities that might arise.
Strong customer focus, relationship building and communication will be vitally important, as well as effective analysis and judgement to respond to the differing needs of students and colleagues.
