Professor Derclaye presents her research on the copyright/design interface and the AG Opinion in Cofemel at UEA

Professor Derclaye gave a staff seminar at the Law School of the University of East Anglia on 8 May. She presented her chapter in her latest book "The Copyright/Design Interface" (Cambridge University Press 2018) on model interface and the consequences of AG Szpunar's opinion in the Cofemel case on it.

She also recently wrote a blog post on the opinion.
