Description

About the session

Time management is about understanding yourself: how you work best, what motivates you, and your relationship with time. At every stage of your degree, managing your time carefully can help you stay on top of your work and ensure you have a healthy approach to university life.

In this webinar, we explore a range of time management techniques, including ways to take advantage of high and low focus time, as well as strategies for prioritising tasks. We also share a range of digital tools and demonstrate how to set SMART goals to make your study time more effective.

Useful for undergraduates and postgraduates.
