Will the face-to-face training sessions for researchers still go ahead?
Face-to-face training has been cancelled for the foreseeable future. The Research Support Team will be considering options for rescheduling sessions or delivering the content online. Researchers already booked onto a session will be notified of alternative arrangements.
The monthly Research Support Team drop-ins have been cancelled but the team is still on hand to provide support and answer queries by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also request a consultation.
The Graduate School are also offering a programme of online training and development for researchers.
Is the Library still operating its Mediated Deposit Service?
Yes. Please email outputs you would like deposited in RIS to email@example.com with ‘Mediated deposit request - Date of Acceptance: DD.MM.YYYY’ in the subject line.
It is vital that you include the date of acceptance (and, if applicable, of publication) in the subject line so that the team can prioritise requests in line with REF eligibility deadlines.

Can I request an article on Interlibrary loan?
We can supply some articles that are available digitally from the British Library and other sources.
