Book a 1 hour session with a Research Support Librarian to get you started on your data sharing journey.
Most useful for those who:
- Have a journal article submitted or accepted, or about to be
- Have data from previous projects you would like to share

Learn and Plan
Wednesday 20 July from 1 - 4pm
Data Management Plans (DMPs) are a key component in responsibly managing your research data. This practical course guides you through the process of planning and writing a plan.
This session is most useful for those who:
- Have a project idea they would like to explore
- Are starting a new research project
- PhD students or researchers on projects without an active DMP

Many datasets at the University of Nottingham are deposited in external databases and repositories.
To support us in ensuring your data can be as visible as possible, if you have datasets stored outside of UoN, let us know using one of these forms.

Library Carpentry: One day event
The Carpentries (Software, Data, Library) use an interactive method of teaching and learning where the students complete activities alongside the trainers.
