Dr. Holliday is a senior research fellow in the department of Life Sciences, researching the effects of hypoxia on cardiac function and metabolism. She was previously a research fellow in the Cardiovascular Division of Kings College London, investigating the role of reactive oxygen species in cardiac hypertrophy and dysfunction. Her research interests focus on investigating the intracellular mechanisms governing changes in contractile function in healthy and diseased myocardium.
