Biography

I completed BSc in Mechanical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, Pakistan in 2007. I completed Master in Mechanical Engineering from Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland in 2010. I received my PhD title from University of Luxembourg in 2014. After completion of PhD, I worked at University of Luxembourg and at Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. Currently, I am working as Research Fellow with Prof. Richard Graham at University of Nottingham. My current work is about understanding of the crystallization process in polymers under shear flow.

Current Research

Currently, I am studying crystallization process in polymers under shear flow. I am performing molecular dynamics simulations of the crystallization process and I will be utilizing rare event sampling techniques to explore nucleation event at low degree of super cooling.
