University of Nottingham graduate?
Parking for May Fest was free of charge. Upon arrival at University Park, visitors were directed to a car park by University security.
The locations of car parks which were in use on the day can be found on this map.
A large number of activities took place across University Park - a handy index could be used to see which activities are in which buildings.
Visitors requiring assistance on campus at May Fest, were advised to look out for our helpful volunteers in green t-shirts, who were on hand to help with everything, from finding a car park, to giving directions or even recommending somewhere to eat.
If you lost any of your personal belongings at May Fest, please email us or call 0115 748 4951 and we will do our best to return them to you!
Some activities at May Fest needed to be pre-booked on the day. Visitors were invited to look at our booking guide and 2015 May Fest programme to find out at a glance which activities were bookable and which were not.
An accessbility minibus was available at May Fest for anyone who needed it.
A variety of food outlets, selling hot and cold food and drinks were open on the day, with high chairs available for little ones. Visitors were also welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy the grounds... and the Great British weather!
Graduates of the University were invited to join us for free elevenses or afternoon tea and a chance to reminisce over their student days with friends and relatives.
