Flora Kennedy McConnell

Beacon Early Career Research Fellow in Precision Imaging, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences



Flora is a Beacon Early Career Research Fellow in Physiological Image Analysis and Modelling at the Precision Imaging Beacon in the School of Medicine.

Flora has been working on accounting for structural sources of variability in ASL cerebral perfusion imaging. Flora is involved in developing, and providing user support for, FSL's 'BASIL' perfusion analysis tools, and is the lead developer of the ASL analysis pipeline for the Human Connectome Project's Lifespan Extensions. Flora was previously a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Oxford.
