After School Science Club

Ignite your pupils’ passion for science whilst developing their ‘working scientifically’ skills with our After School Science Club. 


Our Pharmacy staff and students will lead fun and engaging sessions covering a diverse range of topics from fossils to DNA extraction!  


Children will discover natural phenomena, understand how science is used in real life contexts and conduct experiments. 

In partnership with the School of Pharmacy.

Suitable for


Up to 16 children from years 5 and 6

Timings and availability

  • Weekly one hour sessions
  • Delivered on Wednesday after school
  • Sequence of 5 weeks
  • Spring 2 start dates


Supervision

School staff must be present during all sessions to supervise pupils and support volunteers.
