I am a practicing community pharmacist with over 10 years experience. While working part time as a community pharmacist I am involved in the School of Pharmacy courses helping teach, and develop learning material.
I was involved in creating and developing the forth year module Pharmacy Leadership and Management, for which our team won the prestigious Lord Dearing Award.
I am also doing a part time PhD in men's mental depression, particularly around views of antidepressants and the community pharmacist. I have been awarded an NPA Health Education Foundation Bursary, and also awarded funding from the Harold and Marjorie Moss Charitable trust to help with my studies.
I have expertise in community pharmacy practice, and social research, including qualitative methods and service development.
I am currently involved in qualitative research in men's depression, their views of antidepressants, and the role of the community pharmacist.
