Achilles White Paper on Social and Environmental Policies in Public Procurement co-authored by Eleanor Aspey (PhD student with the PPRG)

Achilles has recently published its first quarterly White Paper on Social and Environmental Policies in Public Procurement, co-written by Eleanor Aspey (PhD student with the PPRG) and Glenn Fletcher (Director, EU Procurement, Achilles Group).

This paper aims at aiding purchasing authorities in considering the legal rules and risks relating to various approaches to promoting the economic, social and environmental policies in public sector contracts put out to tender under EU procurement rules.
