Publication of the Week 20th March 2019

This weeks paper is by Dr Alexa Spence. The paper describes how new research indicates that the negative emotions people experience after experiencing a flooding event, can drive action on climate change mitigation. So support provided to flood victims should not just alleviate the immediate problems but also acknowledge the involvement of climate change and provide advice on action that can be taken longer term.
