Student Services

Student Services provides a range of support for students to help them on their academic journey at the University, both online and in person. 

We're dedicated to continually improving our services, and have developed a strategy to make sure we're on the right track. Our structure chart shows how our teams are distributed to provide an effective and supportive service.

Student Service Centres and school-based support

Located on all our campuses, student service centres are the first point of contact for students for information, guidance and support. The SSCs can help with a wide range of topics and can signpost students to other specialist services as required.

Student Services also provides academic staff with school-based support.

You should get in touch with your local student services centre if you're looking for help and advice with:

  • assessments
  • partnerships, placements and mobility
  • postgraduate research programmes
  • undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes
  • support and wellbeing
  • any enquiries related to student administration
