Junior Research Assistant in Antislavery in South Asia

Smital Sawant has recently completed her Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Nottingham with a Distinction. She is assisting Dr. Katarina Schwarz on a project that researches the top 20 source countries for modern slavery victims in the UK with a keen focus on understanding the driving forces for the transnational trafficking from South Asia to the UK and the measures that could be undertaken for its prevention.
