Dr Katy Ferris (Business) works on business law as part of the Rights Lab's Law and Policy Programme. She is an academic lawyer based in the Business School, and has previously taught family law and forced marriage, worked with a refugee clinic, and researched topics that range from the impact of Brexit on migrant workers to social care complaints handling.
