Dr Michelle Stirk (Business School) is part of the Rights Lab's Business and Economies Programme and focuses on how sustainability and business organisations intersect. With the Rights Lab she is beginning new collaborations in the area of sustainability and management control as they relate to modern slavery. She is a chartered management accountant and previously held a number of senior accountant posts in both the public and private sectors. Her research is interdisciplinary and draws upon her wealth of practical and academic experience gained over 20 years.
