Professor Thomas Chesney (Business) is part of the Rights Lab's Business and Economies Programme and is an expert on people's interaction with information systems. He recently worked on an analysis of exploitation in car washes in partnership with the GLAA, the Clewer Initiative and the East Midlands Police Academic Collaboration.
