Dr Victor Kattan works as part of the Rights Lab’s Law and Policy Programme, examining the intersections between apartheid and slavery in law and in practice, across a range of geographies. Victor is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Law at the University of Nottingham where he is working on a study of apartheid, including slavery-like practices, as a crime against humanity. His broader expertise is in public international law, including international criminal law and international human rights law.
