Zoë Rubenstein

Rights Lab Research Fellow in Antislavery Policy and Services

Zoë Rubenstein works as part of the Rights Lab’s Law and Policy Programme, contributing to research on young people’s experiences of support services in Brazil. She has previously worked on a systematic review team at the Rights Lab, and is currently finishing a PhD in policy studies. Zoë has a wider interest in service design and policy change, adopting an interpretivist approach to policy analysis which aims to understand how subjective meaning influences policy, and in turn people’s lived experiences of services or policy change.
