Danny Sims-Waterhouse

PhD Student, Faculty of Engineering



Danny is a PhD student with the Centre for Doctoral Training in Ultra Precision Engineering in conjunction with the University of Cambridge and based in the Manufacturing Metrology Team (MMT) at the University of Nottingham. Danny's research focuses on the use of cameras in coordinate optical metrology for the measurement of micro-geometries. Danny completed his Masters degree in Physics at the University of Nottingham in 2015, with a focus on image processing, computational modelling and medical imaging.
