PhD Student,
Suhendri is a young lecturer and researcher from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia which currently is doing his PhD in the Buildings, Energy and Environment (BEE) Research Group.
Suhendri holds a bachelor degree in architecture, and his interest in building physics and sustainable building design led him to take an MsC in Sustainable Building Technology in the University of Nottingham. Ever since his graduation from the master degree in 2015, he has worked as an research assistant and teacher in the School of Architecture, Planning, and Policy Development (SAPPD), Institut Teknologi Bandung. His interest is generally in the field of building physics, especially in the topics of low-carbon buildings, passive design architecture, computational fluid dynamics for built environment, occupant's comfort and indoor environmental quality, etc.
In his PhD thesis, Suhendri is investigating innovative ways of integrating radiative cooling for enhancement of natural ventilation in buildings.
