Vikings are everywhere these days: TV, novels, video games, even politics. But how much of what we know about them is history, and how much is wishful thinking?
Come to The Midlands Viking Symposium 2019 at the University of Leicester on Saturday the 27th of April to find out! Hear the latest research from historians, archaeologists, authors, and illustrators working with Vikings in the Midlands.

Come and hear James Aitcheson, Dr Roderick Dale, Professor Judith Jesch, Dr Christina Lee and William Pidzamecky from the CSVA present the latest research and creative work, along with colleagues from Leicester, Chester, Lincoln, Birmingham and Lancaster.
