Nottingham researchers join international food digestion research network

 

Researchers at the Nottingham Digestive Diseases Centre and Sir Peter Mansfield Magnetic Resonance Centre have become partners of the Infogest COST Action. It is an open international network of 90 partners from 32 different countries, undertaking multidisciplinary basic research on food digestion. It aims to improve heath properties of food by sharing knowledge on the digestive process, research methods and skills.
