My research is part of the Mental Health & Technology theme of the NIHR Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre. We perform epidemiological research into the use and safety of antidepressants. Current projects include investigating the safety of mirtazapine compared to other antidepressants and quantifying polypharmacy among users of antidepressants. These projects are set within the CPRD, a large dataset of anonymised electronic health records.
