Discovery Days: Veterinary Medicine
Become a vet for the day! Pupils will take part in hands on activities and will get to explore the veterinary facilities on our Sutton Bonington campus.
Introducing the concept of university and helping children to think about their futures, our outreach officers will run sessions in school, both before and after the Discovery Day.
In partnership with the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science.
Is it for you?
- Suitable for years 5 and 6
- Taking place in Wednesday 29 November 2023
- Space for 3 classes; 90 children
- Recommended ratio: at least 2 adults for up to 20 pupils. One extra adult for each additional 10 children
- School staff must be present to supervise children throughout the day
