Class Descriptions



55+ Tone    

Resistance-based workout using all major muscle groups to improve day-to-day movements. For members aged 55+.

Abs Blast

A short and sharp class focusing on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles. The class is short enough to fit in the busiest of schedules.

Aqua Fit

Low impact water-based exercise - increases heart rate and help tone your body.

Ballet Fit

This class is high energy, low impact and incorporates fitness, Pilates and Ballet technique exercises designed to give you a total body workout.


A fusion of dance, Pilates and Yoga to the beat of the music. Incorporating strength, balance, power and flexibility movements using either a band/ball or both. 

Body Conditioning

Incorporates resistance and weights to work on your strength and tone, as well as aerobic exercises to develop and improve cardiovascular fitness to give you a great total body workout.

Box Fit

Cardio and muscular endurance workout that combines boxing with circuit training.


A class with multiple stations focusing on a wide range of muscle groups and training principles to give you a great calorie-busting workout.

Coach by Color® FTP Test

Accurately find out your individual cycling fitness score during this progressive ramp test in order to experience the full benefits of Indoor Cycling-Coach By Color® classes.

Core & Flex

Build your core, flexibility and strength while improving health and posture. 

Functional Circuits

Innovative class using a variety of modern training equipment including TRX, Kettlebells and Battle Ropes.


Uplifting class combines high-intensity movement with short periods of recovery.


A high energy exercise class using only bodyweight and a step that pushes you to new limits. Burn up to 400 calories during a HIITSTEP class and improve power, speed, co-ordination, agility and endurance.

Indoor Cycling

The ultimate cardiovascular workout on a bike working to motivational music that helps to improve fitness and endurance. Unite with fellow riders to achieve team goals based on bike data displayed in real time on a large screen using the state-of-the-art Connect® technology.

Indoor Cycling -Coach by Color®

Group cycling class using 5 colour zones to accurately control the intensity of your ride.  Coach By Color allows for an exciting, effective and individualised workout in a motivating group environment where riders will be able to view real time data via a large screen using the state-of-the-art Connect® technology.. To get the most out of the class please book onto and complete a Coach By Color FTP Test beforehand.

Les Mills Barre (NEW)

A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength. 

Les Mills Body Attack

A sports-inspired aerobic workout incorporating interval training and aerobic movement.

Les Mills Body Balance

A flowing combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi that will leave you feeling energised.

Les Mills Body Combat

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. 

Les Mills Body Jam (NEW)

Lose yourself in this dance workout to the latest music. A high-energy total body workout whether you’ve got two left feet or have years of experience you are sure to leave this class feeling up-beat.

Les Mills Body Step (NEW)

A full-body cardio workout to tone your butt and thighs. You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight playe exercises and the result is a fun, uplifting full-body workout!

TRX Circuits

No weights or machines. Perform hundreds of exercises that build, burn, tone and strengthen. Try our TRX class to add variety to your own personal workouts, led by our experienced fitness instructors.


A 45 minute class perfect for those short on time but still committed to their practice.


A challenging mix of yoga poses that will target every area of your body. A combination of deep stretches and a blissful savasana.
Yoga-Hatha A mix of gentle yoga poses without any flow between them. You will leave the class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.
Yoga-Power Flow Step up your vinyasa practice with this more challenging flow. Bring a towel and prepare to sweat your way through more advanced sun salutations (with some inveresions thrown in for good measure).
Yoga-Vinyasa flow Link your breath to your movements with a flow designed to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength.
