Graduating in 2022

It is very important that we have your correct contact details. Please ensure your name, home address and personal email address are correct on NottinghamHub. These are the details we use to send out your certificates. You must update them by Friday 1 July.

If you are graduating in 2022, you will receive a digital and printed certificate.

Your digital certificate

Following your graduation ceremony, you will receive an email titled “Welcome to PremierCert+”. This will explain how to access the online graduate document portal. Use your login details to view and download your certificate. You can also share it from the portal with employers, for example.

If you are having problems accessing the portal, please check the following:

  • Are you using a PC or laptop? – The portal does not work on mobile devices
  • Are you using Google Chrome? – The portal does not work on other browsers
  • Are all pop-ups are enabled?

There is a grey box on your digital certificate which is where the hologram is on the printed version.

Your printed certificate

All students who attend graduation ceremonies will receive their printed degree certificate and diploma supplement (containing transcript of marks) during their ceremony.

If you decide not to attend any graduation ceremony you will graduate in absentia and a free printed copy of your degree certificate will be posted to the home address you have listed on NottinghamHub. This is sent by Royal Mail following your graduation ceremony.

If you are going to use your certificate overseas, you may need to have it legalised before it will be accepted. This can be done through the The Hague Apostille.

If you have any problems with your certifcates, please contact Student Services with your student ID, full name and a brief outline of the issue.
