Room and facilty queries

Should you have any queries, please contact the room booking team via email.

Teaching activities - priority status

Please note that teaching activities will generally take priority over the majority of ad-hoc  bookings in teaching rooms.  As such, requests to use teaching rooms during semester periods will not be processed until all teaching has been scheduled to allow the scheduling of teaching to be prioritised. Many thanks for your patience during this time.

Bookings associated with timetabled classes need to be directed to your school timetabling contact who will liaise with us accordingly.
