In 2013, two tutors from Academic Support - Dr. Kim Lawson and Dr. Lisa Rüll - were successful individual Lord Dearing Award winners. This award recognises outstanding achievement in enhancing the student learning experience.  The team previously won a Lord Dearing Award in 2006 when Academic Support included our Disability Support colleagues.  There have also been several further nominations for individual awards.
