Mocktail Making Competition
Got a creative drink idea that’s totally alcohol-free? Enter our Mocktail Making Competition and be in with a chance of winning a night-in wellbeing hamper! A mocktail is any non-alcoholic mixed drink that mimics the flavour and fun of a cocktail. It could be fizzy elderflower with mint and berries, or a tropical pineapple-coconut twist. We're spotlighting fun, creative alternatives to alcohol. Less alcohol means better sleep, clearer focus, and fewer hangovers.
To enter, upload:
- A photo of your mocktail (with or without you in it) or
- A short video (max 90 secs) of your mocktail explaining what’s in it, how you made it, or why you love it.
- The name of your mocktail and your mocktail recipe (ingredients + how to make it)
- You can choose to tell us a little bit about your mocktail – what’s in it, why you chose it, or what inspired it.

Webinar - Men's Mental Health: Breaking The Silence
Men’s mental health is a growing concern in the UK and globally, yet it remains clouded by stigma, stereotypes, and silence. Societal expectations around masculinity often discourage open emotional expression or help-seeking, which can leave many men feeling isolated, unsupported, and overwhelmed.
This is reflected in the data: men are less likely to access mental health services, yet tragically make up three-quarters of UK suicide deaths.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the unique mental health challenges men face across personal and professional spheres, and how organisations can play a proactive role in breaking the stigma.
Through open discussion, relatable insights, and practical tools, we aim to normalise conversations around men’s wellbeing and equip all participants—regardless of gender—with the confidence and strategies to offer support, create inclusive environments, and prioritise psychological safety for everyone.
We look forward to having you attend the event!
