Webinar - Men's Mental Health: Breaking The Silence

Men’s mental health is a growing concern in the UK and globally, yet it remains
clouded by stigma, stereotypes, and silence. Societal expectations around masculinity often discourage open emotional expression or help-seeking, which can leave many men feeling isolated, unsupported, and overwhelmed.

This is reflected in the data: men are less likely to access mental health services, yet tragically make up three-quarters of UK suicide deaths.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the unique mental health challenges men face across personal and professional spheres, and how organisations can play a proactive role in breaking the stigma.

Through open discussion, relatable insights, and practical tools, we aim to normalise conversations around men’s wellbeing and equip all participants—regardless of gender—with the confidence and strategies to offer support, create inclusive environments, and prioritise psychological safety for everyone.

We look forward to having you attend the event!
