Abd Alhadi Ibrahim Hasan from Jordan
Islamic Development Bank and The University of Nottingham International Scholarship Programme
"The university attracts around 30,700 students from more than 143 countries; as you can imagine there's a real buzz to the campus. The social life is pretty busy too, not to say varied! At Nottingham you have the best of both worlds; a green and spacious campus so you don't feel hemmed-in, yet the city centre is only 10 minutes away. Accommodation comprises of halls of residence and self-catering apartments, and there's a guaranteed place to live for every new postgraduate."
