Collaborations

The Sino-Uk Geospatial Engineering Centre (SUGEC) has collaborations and partnerships with a variety of stakeholders and partners in both the UK and China. 

The centre has had extensive collaboration and agreements with  NASG, CASM, NASG Shaanxi Bureau, Innovate UK, ESA, EU, Satellite Catapult, DEFRA, STFC Newton Fund and Forth Road Bridge. 

SUGEC is also leading and working together with a range of leading UK universities such as Oxford University, Cambridge University, UCL, Imperial College, Queen Mary University, Leicester University and Harper Adams University.

Leading Chinese academic institutions SUGEC has worked with includes China University of Mining and Technology, Tongji University, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, Southeast University, Chongqing University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jilin University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. 

The centre has also built solid links with state owned enterprises (SOEs) and private enterprises (PEs) in both the UK and China such as BRDI; Shanghai Global Navigation Satellite System Co., Ltd.; 3D Laser Mapping; JLR; KisanHub; and NIAB URSULA Agriculture.
