Hi,
With the Easter break around the corner, remember to turn off all non-essential equipment in your office, department or lab before you leave. If you're a student leaving Nottingham for the holidays, take the opportunity to donate your unwanted stuff to the BHF Pack for Good campaign.
In other news, read about the cafes on campus tackling food waste and submit an entry for a Green Gown Award.

Nottingham Climate Action Panel 2022
On 24 March, a virtual panel discussion brought together staff and students from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham City Council (NCC), and members of the wider Nottingham community. The session discussed how we achieve carbon targets in our city and region and engage our communities to undertake climate action.
The event was organised as an extension to the joint Sustainability Action Week as part of the Universities for Nottingham initiative. It was fantastic to see the universities and NCC working together to advance sustainability and reduce carbon emissions.
Following presentations from the panellists, a range of questions were posed. Green Rewards, the online platform adopted by all three institutions, was used as an example to evaluate community contributions.
If you would like a recording of the event, please contact: Sust.dev@ntu.ac.uk.
