Steve Levy ’87 visits the Telefund Callers
Oct. 16, 2014 was a historic day for SUNY Oswego for many reasons. Beginning at midnight, ESPN’s Steve Levy '87 sponsored a 24-Hour Challenge to the college community to help kick off a historic $40 million fundraising campaign. Levy said if 750 people made a gift to SUNY Oswego on Oct. 16, he would donate $40,000 to the college. By 11:59 p.m., 1,163 donors from across the globe helped raise $143,584.33 for The Fund for Oswego. Their participation secured $56,161.40 in gifts from challenger
