The Civil War: Part Four the Naval Battles
A great video about how the drive for riches kept Southern vessels from trying to run the blockade during the Civil War. This is about the importance of the navy in the final phase of the war, including the duel between USS Kearsarge and CSS Alabama, and the Battle of Mobile Bay. Shows Europe's involvement in the Civil War, too. A lot of good material that expands the traditional view of the war. A map of the areas mentioned would be of benefit.
