A Cooperative Extension Specialist and faculty member at the University of California at Berkley, Lemaux's outreach and educational programming increases public understanding of agricultural practices, food production and the impact of new technologies on food and agriculture. Bill Richmond was a black man who ran his own business in 1800's London. A champion boxer he took on white boxer Tom Cribb, who was younger and heavier in a national title fight in 1805. He lost the fight but used his earnings to set up a pub and boxing academy where he trained the likes of Lord Byron.
