Write a 250-word profile of a local councillor for Informer Online (University of Cumbria student publication), complete with a picture of him/her. The profile should be of interest and relevance to a student audience. The councillor may serve on Carlisle City Council or any other principal local authority. There does not necessarily have to be a news angle to this profile. Assignment 1 of 3 for the Introduction to Government module.
