David Blumenthal, MD, is Professor of Medicine and Professor of Health Care Policy at Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners Health System and Harvard Medical School. He also serves as Chief Health Information and Innovation Officer at Partners Health System in Boston, MA. Fabrizio Scarpa : "Cellular structures for morphing wings and reflectors" In recent years the aerospace R&D community has witnessed a significant surge in research activities connected to morphing aerospace structures.
