Satellite data can gauge the health of plants, which is a good indicator of drought. The Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) measures how dense and green plant leaves are. The unit looks at the people who have roles within the hospital, how they interact with each other and patients and what they consider to be 'care'.
