Uranus
This 5:22 long video shows Uranus as a huge, icy giant, Uranus is one of the system's great mysteries. Frigid temperatures, powerful ice storms and a wobbly and upside down ring system make up just a few things that puzzle scientists today. A very good overview that uses graphics and NASA photos.
Latitude and Longitude
This video shows the Latitude and Longitude lines on a globe with Washington DC. Latitude lines run east to west and its zero degree is the equator. Longitude lines run north to south and has a prime meridian in Greenwich, England. To make latitude and longitude lines more accurate you can split the degree into Minutes and Seconds. The exact measurements for Washington DC is 38 degree 53'22''
North and 77 degree 2'41'' West. This cartoon video explains how the lines were used and why they

6.4 The principle of proportionality This principle has been developed and refined by the ECJ and is also covered by Article 5 EC: Any action of the Community shall not go beyond what is necessary to achieve the objectives of this Treaty. However, given that the objectives of the Community are defined very widely in Article 2 EC, the principle of proportionality is not always the easiest tool for curbing EU legislative enthusiasm.

Just How Bad Are Britain's Spending Cuts? British public-sector unions have called for the largest strike in a generation on June 30 to protest the Liberal-Conservative government's budget cuts. They reject Prime Minister David Cameron's austerity plan, which includes cuts in public-sector jobs, pensions, and spending. But just how bad is it for them? If you listen to the unions or the Labour Party opposition, you might bel
Where the Shape of the Egg Comes From?
The shape of the egg is postulated to be the consequence of opposing forces relative to the location of perspective of points that define the spaces of its' contents. For example, net velocities of motion of light emitted in two planes plus the velocity of motion of its' source would be expected to be decreased in the case when the direction of the light beam is opposed to the direction of motion to cause the blunt edge and increased when it aligns with the direction of motion of its' source t
Great Zoom out of Tucson, AZ: The University of Arizona Football Stadium
Using data from different spacecraft and some powerful computer technology, visualizers at the Goddard Space Flight Center present you with a collection of American cities in a way you have never seen them before. Starting with our camera high above the Earth, we rush in towards the surface at what would be an impossible speed for any known vehicle. Passing though layers of atmosphere, the colors of our destinations shimmer with their own unique characteristics, and suddenly we find ourselves fl

PediNeuroLogic Exam: 18 Month Old: Normal: Fine Motor/Coordination - Drawing/Scribbling
An 18 month old child can hold a pen and imitates scribbling or can scribble spontaneously. At this age he is holding the pen between the thumb and first 3 fingers and is developing a tripod position of the hand for drawing. A neuroscience tutorial focusing on those aspects of the pediatric neurological examination that are unique to the child's nervous system, with an emphasis on important neurodevelopmental milestones.
Marigold Cell Size and Polyploidy
A majority of higher plants are polyploid, having more than two sets of chromosomes. Advantages of having extra chromosomes are not clear, and may vary among species and ecological niches, but one consistent effect is increased cell size. We present a lab using measurement of cell size to distinguish ploidy level among three marigold cultivars - a diploid, a triploid, and a tetraploid. The lab involves growing plants from seed, making surface impressions of leaf cells using fingernail polish, an

After settling at 1.5 p
