The slave trade were transported to be needed for farms. The Columbian exchange gave each continent new different cash crops. It is named after Columbus.
Battle of Saipan
On June 15, 1944, a week after D-day, the U.S. launches a critical attack on Saipan in the Mariana Islands. Japanese troops are more than prepared for battle and on the first day American forces face over 2,000 causalities.
