This collection contains the papers of Charles D. Palmer, who was Director and Chairman of the Board of the Port Authority of Allegheny County from 1964-1977. Palmer was instrumental in developing the Early Action Program and the Transit Expressway during the early years of the Port Authority. SMU families celebrated Family Weekend 2011 where the weekend theme was "SMU: It's a State of Mind." Parents, Student Affairs Vice President Lori S. White and Cinema-TV Chair Sean Griffin were among those interviewed.
