Career History

Dr Brad Poulson divides his time between being Business Systems Director, Boots Retail Operations, with a variety of research, writing, public speaking, lecturing, and organisational consulting activities. In a career spanning 25 years Dr Poulson has held IT Director and General Management roles in leading high street retail and financial services organisations. He has also served as a director of the 'LINK' interchange network. He is a member of a number of IT Advisory and User Group Boards in Europe and North America.

Research Interests

Information Systems Management and business architecture, Information systems strategy, and business strategy alignment.
