Jacqui's husband Terry was diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (previously known as emphysema) sixteen years ago. As his condition worsened Jacqui provided fulltime care for the last ten years of his life. Terry eventually died peacefully with his family around him.
