About the Project
- We are running a free four week exercise programme as part of a research study. It will be a friendly and fun, exercising in a small group of women, led by experts in physical activity for depressed people.
- If you are a women resident in Nottinghamshire, depressed, and physically able to do beginners level exercise, you can take part.
- This project is part of the Mental Health Research Group at the School of Nursing University of Nottingham.
