Professor Robyn Jorgensen, The University of Canberra, AustraliaThis presentation presents case studies conducted in remote Indigenous Australian classrooms which have demonstrated successes in numeracy teaching and learning. The project has no presumptions about what is 'good' pedagogy but rather seeks to develop thick descriptions of the approaches being used at the 32+ cases across Australia.
